Elsinore Valley has been my home for over 33 years. I have raised my beautiful family here and started a successful business with my brother from the ground up that employs over 75 people. Being a part of this community has always been a huge part of my life, even outside my business.

Currently, I serve in a leadership role on multiple water industry organizations. Over the years, investing time in these organizations has produced long-term relationships with funding agencies, federal officials and state regulators. These relationships have been impactful to EVMWD, providing over $15 million in grants and low-interest loans.

My biggest accomplishment on the board to date has been bringing a fiscally responsible mindset to developing projects in the district, saving millions over the years. These efforts have, in turn, kept money in the pockets of rate-payers. Prior to joining the board, millions of dollars were lost on Capital Improvement Projects, specifically on change orders. I’ve worked tirelessly to create a process and comprehensive checklist that spans all project phases from planning, to design, to construction. This process holds our contractors accountable: ultimately saving millions in project costs and keeping dollars in your pocket.

As your Division 2 Director, community leader, veteran and business owner, I bring a vast and varied level of experience to the EVMWD Board. I understand the balance of fiscal responsibly and keeping rates reasonable. I am determined to continue working diligently for this community and fighting for good quality water.
